Registration Form. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE USING
ACTIVE. If you do, your fee will not go towards Josh's
Scholarship.

write "Josh's Team" in the event selection area at the top of the
registration form.
- Make sure you
indicate your shirt size.
This information will be used for both your Orange Classic
T-shirt (which every race participant receives) and your 2010 Josh's
Team moisture-wicking T-shirt (which only Josh's Team members receive).
- Write a check for your
registration fee made out to: "CFOS - Joshua Stamm Memorial
Scholarship Fund". PLEASE DO NOT MAKE CHECKS OUT TO THE ORANGE
CLASSIC.
- $22 if postmarked by
5/31/10 (Please consider matching the race's donation by adding a $5
donation to your registration fee, for a total of $27)
- $27 if postmarked after
5/31/10 (Please consider matching the race's donation by adding a $5
donation to your registration fee, for a total of $32)
- Mail your completed

c/o The Stamm Family, P.O. Box 523, Goshen, NY 10924. PLEASE DO
NOT MAIL YOUR REGISTRATION MATERIALS TO THE ORANGE CLASSIC ADDRESS
LISTED ON THE FORM. IT NEEDS TO COME TO US DIRECTLY IN ORDER TO
BE PROCESSED UNDER JOSH'S TEAM.
